returns & Exchanges
1. OVERVIEW
At HOUSE OF HARDING LTD., we firmly stand behind our product and craftsmanship while guaranteeing your satisfaction. Our return policy is as follows:
All items purchased online via houseofharding.co.uk that wish to be returned must be unworn, undamaged and returned with its included accessories, tags and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) to HOUSE OF HARDING LTD. within 14 days of the date you receive the product. Once an item(s) is returned, and only after an inspection and evaluation is performed, may we exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method permitting the aforementioned requirements are met.
1.1 BESPOKE & MADE-TO-MEASURE
If you are not 100% satisfied with your bespoke or made-to-measure hat, or if it should not meet your requirements (within reason), we will work with you until it is right for you. Any needs or desires outside of the original criteria sited for the commission may result in additional charges and/or costs. We will not commission another hat gratis nor will we exchange the item.
2. RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
For a return, contact us at greetings@houseofharding.co.uk using the subject " RETURN REQUEST". Add the description, size and colour of the item you wish to return in the body of the email, and you will be instructed the return process.
If you wish to have an exchange or report a faulty item, please contact greetings@houseofharding.co.uk. For an exchange, write us an email using the subject “EXCHANGE REQUEST ".
Add the description, size and colour of the item and the reason you wish to exchange in the body of the email. If successful, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to send the item back to us. As soon as we receive the item(s) you wish to exchange, we will send you your alternative(s).

3. STORE CREDITS
A store credit will be issued via gift card within 3-5 business days of receipt of the return. This refund will include the full value of the items returned, including VAT. and excluding shipping costs.
